COST OF T HE CON FERENC E
The residential Conference fee of £270 includes three days coach travel and entrance to all sites visited; three nights accommodation and three full English breakfasts, lunches on Saturday and Sunday and three dinners. The non-residential fee of £145 includes travel and entrance fees, lunches and dinners. All menus have vegetarian options and there are tea and coffee making facilities within the accommodation blocks. These costs are for BSMGP members. Non-members should add £38 to the appropriate fee*. Please complete this application form if you would like to attend. Closing date for late applications is 18 July. All later payments must be in full. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Accommodation is entirely single en-suite but we try to place you in adjoining rooms.
