Jane Campbell Fellow

Jane Campbell is an established contemporary architectural glass artist and has dynamic large-scale glass artworks and stained glass installed in many public, corporate, ecclesiastical and secular buildings. Working with glass, light and colour has always had a strong fascination for this architectural glass artist. She is a Churchill Fellow, Prince of Wales Craft Scholar, Court Assistant of The Worshipful Company of Glaziers, member of the Glaziers Trust and the BSMGP’s Artists General Benevolent Institution Fundraising Steward.

Working on all scales, she has created series of windows spanning building facades and large toughened and laminated glass panels that extend across building elevations as well as on smaller commissions. Glass techniques are used in combinations of large-scale glass enamelling, screen printing, bevelling, fusing, bonding, handblown glass, moulding, painting and staining, sandblasting, acid etching and contemporary stained glass for feature windows, sculptural features, installations and entrances.

Jane Campbell always stresses that collaboration and discussion with clients and architects are very important to create the most meaningful creative design whether conveying a symbolic message or theme, figurative or purely abstract.
